How can you cancel JunkFilter Plus ?

IncrediMail may, at its sole discretion, terminate JunkFilterPlus or your use
of JunkFilter Plus, permanently ortemporarily, at any time and without cause.

If you are not fully satisfied with JunkFilter Plus you may terminate your subscription to it during the first sixty (60) days of each of your subscription terms by sending an email to customer service atjfsubscription@incredimail.com.

Upon termination, you will receive a full refund of any monies you paid to IncrediMail for your subscription fee(s) for the then current term. If you obtained your subscription through promotional offerings you shall not be entitled to any refund.

Upon cancellation or termination, you will immediately cease all use of any software
and any documentation provided to you as part of JunkFilter Plus
and return or destroy all copies thereof.

Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all sections ofthese Terms and Conditions
which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, indemnities, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability. Termination is not anexclusive remedy and IncrediMail reserve all other available remedies in contract,
lawor equity.

How can you cancel IncrediMail Premium?

IncrediMail may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Service or your use of the Service,
permanently or temporarily, at any time and without cause. You may at any time cancel
your use of the Service by sending an e-mail message to cancel@incredimail.com requesting
that we cancel your membership in the Service. Upon cancellation or termination, you will immediately cease all use of any software and any documentation provided to you by the Service and return or destroy all copies thereof. Except as otherwise expressly provided
herein, all sections of these Terms and Conditions which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including, without limitation, indemnities,
warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Termination is not an exclusive remedy and IncrediMail reserve
all other available remedies in contract, law or equity.
